The Shadow Man, later implied to be Felix Kranken, appears in Relocate Project and BunnyFarm.
Appearance[]
The Shadow Man's appearance is completely black with human-like eyes, similar to the ones we see on human characters (such as Sophie and Jenny). Its head is also circular with its eyes being at the top of their head, its neck is also exposed and is connected to a circular torso. Its hands are also circular and their arms look still and are at the bottom of their torso still being on the sides of the torso. Their legs appear to be merged but aren't and their feet are visible.

At the end of teaser, we hear Bon say, "Shadow ma–" before being cut off.
Relocate Project[]
Shadow Man watching Rosemary getting stuffed into Sha
In "Relocate Project", it appears throughout the 3rd tape. Examples of this include some instances where Sha leaves, or directly before she enters a room. After Bon is shown stuffing Rosemary's dismembered body inside of Sha, the black background suddenly shifts to white, and the Shadow Man appears from a doorway in the top left corner. At the end of the tape, after the credits, Bon proceeds to say, "Shadow man sees me when lights go out."

He appears in the background of the starting cutscenes before the game glitches.

Trivia[]
- Due to the lyrics in The Showstoppers (albums)'s song, "Slowly", it is heavily suggested that The Shadow Man is Felix Kranken. These lyrics being: "Shadow Man watches from the dark. He knows he wrecked that car and swears he had no part. He has no heart." This seems to reference Felix's Car Crash and Relocate Project's Felix having a Big Heart Speech.
- There was a meme that he looked like Mr. Game & Watch because a door handle was close to his head.
