"When she woke up, she was beautiful. But on the inside, it felt like every single part of her body was BLEEDING..."
- Sha describing how Rosemary feels being stuffed inside of her

Sha is a major character in Welcome to Bon's Burgers along with The Walten Files. She is an animatronic sheep that performed alongside The Showstoppers.
History (TWF)
Sha performed alongside Bon and the other animatronics in the Bon's Burgers Restaurant. One night, Bon killed Rosemary Walten and stuffed the dead woman's body inside the animatronic, where her restless spirit is now trapped. Shortly after the closure of the restaurant, Sha was then moved into the K-9 Storage Facility, where she currently resides.
Appearance
WtBB WIP
In TWF, she has a figure similar to an adult woman's, which means a thinner waist, larger hips, and thinner limbs compared to the others. She has white fur throughout her entire body, except for the face, ears, and belly, which are a light shade of beige. Her eyes are tan/yellow, her ears are long and pop out from the upper sides of her head, and she wears a small blue collar with a yellow tag that has her name written on it. Her hair is very round and curly, similar to sheep wool, and appears as three large tufts around her head. Her hands are large, with four black fingers, and her feet are very small, with two-toed hooves. Despite being a sheep, she seems to be the only Showstopper with fangs, which not even Bon has.
In her withered appearance, she is virtually the same, albeit with the plush suit being a dirty gray and completely removed from her lower arms and legs, revealing the Mech underneath. There are also several holes, some with white and red wiring hanging out, throughout her body, Her right eye is now orange instead of white, and she has what appears to be either fake makeup or dried blood running from her eyes.

Company Introductory Tape
She is briefly shown and mentioned when the narrator goes over The Showstoppers band. Along with that, here 'Little" counterpart is featured prominently in the second tape.
Relocate Project
Sha appears during the Technical Support tape, first in a picture alongside Bon that appears briefly before TS Sha enters the animatronic storage area, where she's then seen in her withered state laying next to Bon as TS Sha discusses animatronic storage. A little later in the same tape, she can be seen right after Bon kills Rosemary, where he then takes her dismembered body, and puts it into Sha, leading to the animatronic becoming distorted and covered in blood. The scene then cuts to her in what appears to be a dark room, where she talks about how Rosemary feels being inside of her, before violently twitching about with Rosemary's face being revealed under her mask.
Sha finally appears during the final tape, where she's seen in a very damaged state, moving her now broken jaw, as the workers discuss having to change some of the pieces of the animatronics, trying to make them look as new as possible.
Lucky You
She appears in some of the photos, along with an appearance during the segment with text. It also seems that her Mech is the one seen at the end of the video, as evidenced by her eye color and the unchanged position of her ears. The red text, which is most likely Bon, goes on to talk about how these animatronics are filled with life and how they're beautiful.
BunnyFarm
A very brief clip of Sha talking in her prime state is among the clips seen during the opening of the episode.
She is most prominently featured in the 'Hide and Seek' portion of BunnyFarm. A cartoon version of her animatronic form, noticeably lacking eyes, is seen in the heavily corrupted opening cutscene to the minigame. She speaks with the animatronic Bon and asks if he wants to play Hide and Seek. Bon says yes, and she then tells him that she'll hide. After Sophie looks for Sha for a bit, she finds her in a barn, and upon selecting her, an image of her in bloody pieces is shown very briefly. Then, Sha becomes the seeker. Sophie then hides inside a forest. After a bit of music plays Sha finds her, and slowly approaches the front of the screen. Sha then speaks using Rosemary's voice, asking her, "Am I still beautiful to you... Sophie?", before proceeding to show a very choppy and distorted version of Rosemary's face. After this, it replays the horrific murder of Rosemary by Bon, where it then shows an image of Sha with Rosemary's distorted face over her head. Right after that, it swiftly cuts to a blood-covered Sha, violently shaking with her hands close to her face while screaming in both pain and fear. Sophie finally remembers, and says "I know you."
She also briefly appears in the final segment, along with Banny and Boozoo, where their character sprites, now motionless and having distorted facial features, are seen in front of an empty stage. After interacting with the other two characters, Sophie interacts with Sha's character sprite. She is then given a black-and-white picture of Sha's animatronic face, seemingly covered in blood. However, unlike the other two characters' pictures, this picture seems to be slightly distorted.
Other Appearances
- Night of The Living Robot - She can appear during the "Spooky Party" minigame as an easter egg.
- It's That Time of The Year! - She appears alongside Banny when Boozoo mentions "your co-workers" as he's going over the people the viewer should tell about the merch.
- "Bon's Burgers Plush Ad" (1982) - She appears, again, when Boozoo tells the viewer to tell their associates about the plush.
Personality
Sha seemed to be a very calm and easy-going character from what was shown, usually speaking in a nearly monotone voice. However, when shown in her withered state, she almost seems to show a very depressed and broken personality when describing Rosemary's fate.

Trivia
- Sha isn't the first sheep animatronic to appear in a FNAF fan game, as the character Lillie the Lamb appeared in the game POPGOES Arcade 2 around a year or two before the release of WTBB.
- Like Bon's original appearance from WtBB Act 1, Sha was missing one eye while the other eye glowed, this eye being the left eye instead of the right. Despite her TWF appearance having both eyes, her right eye does have noticeable damage underneath when in her withered state, which is most likely a nod to said original design.
- Sha is the only member of The Showstoppers, that does not have the letter "B" at the start of her name, or in her name at all, as compared to Bon, Boozoo, Banny, and Billy.
- She is the first animatronic to have a direct speaking role in the series that isn't singing.
- Sha's name may be a reference to the popular Aardman character "Shawn the Sheep".
- Sha's Mech was the very first Mech to be shown in the series, as a very brief, unlisted video of it dancing in silence was uploaded in The Walten Files Official Soundtrack playlist sometime before Relocate Project was released. This clip would later be used in the "Lucky You" video.
- Sha seems to bare a noticeable resemblance to Rosemary Walten, even before Rosemary was killed and put inside her, with similar hair and facial features. It may be possible that this was intentional.
