The Company Introductory Tape is the first episode of The Walten Files Season One. It introduces most of the characters, including the Showstoppers, some of the protagonists, and the ongoing mystery behind Bunny Smiles Incorporated.
Tape #1
The first tape starts with a narrator explaining to new workers what to do while working at Bon's Burgers. Their job includes cleaning, and robot maintenance and repair. The narrator's voice is deeper when he says "robot maintenance and repair".
After this a stage performance from the Showstoppers is shown. They sing The Sun Has Got His Hat On, How Much Is That Doggy In The Window, and Old McDonald. When the performance is done, a message from the founders, Jack Walten and Felix Kranken, plays. A cartoon Bon giving you a thumbs-up appears on the screen before the tape glitches to an image explaining K-9 Storage Facility. Right before the transition to Tape #2, the screen goes black for a moment. The cartoon version of Rocket appears on the screen a few seconds later and says something that appears to be nonsense words. However, if reversed, it says: "You finally start to remember. That old doll. They will be back for you soon, Sophie."
Tape #2
The second tape is an episode of a kids' show called Little Bon's Neighbourhood, in which Little Bon has invited his friends, Sha, Boozoo, and Billy, to a sleepover. The narrator says that "Bon spent all his money on a really funny movie, which-" Bon holds up a movie with Jack Walten's face on it, and the narrator's voice is muffled. The narrator recites the list of friends Bon invited, Sha, Boozoo, and Billy. The narrator repeats the list again, "Sha, Boozoo, and-". The narrator is cut off, the background and Bon's eyes turn black, and the picture of Billy is replaced by a picture of Jack Walten. Bon's friends arrive at the door, and they watch the movie. The narrator says, "I guess we can say they had a blast of time." The TV does not show a movie, instead it displays the text "Let me out of here" and the tape glitches.
Next, it shows the friends in sleeping bags. Bon hears noises, so he gets up to investigate. The TV is shown, displaying a glitched missing poster for Jack Walten. A lighter is shown on the ground, with the text "a lighter" underneath it. Bon picks it up and tries to light it, but upon lighting it he turns into Sophie Walten with an animatronic standing behind her. If the subtitles are turned on, they read "Ugh Stay" which is most likely a line from Brian Stells in the third tape.
Tape #3
The third tape is a recording by Brian Stells of him driving through a forest. He explains "they gave me this weird location, I've been driving for 20 minutes and can't find it." Once he finds it, it is revealed to be K-9 Storage Facility. He goes inside and shines a light on the broken animatronic of Bon. He uses a diagnosis control to move his head, right arm, and left arm, but when he gets to the left arm he states that it's "a bit broken." Then, Bon starts to move by himself and makes an eerie laughing noise. The tape cuts to Brian running through the forest, and he screams "What was that thing?!" The screen goes black, and what appears to be two white eyes shake around in the top right. Bon appears, covered in blood, on the screen and shakes, then glitches and disappears. The tape cuts to a white mask making different facial expressions. Shortly after, Brian's corpse abruptly appears on the screen. Two texts appear underneath him, "I can't feel anything" and "He thought I was her". The screen turns black, and Brian's BSI card fades into the screen.
